Lime Popsicles

These lime popsicles are my favorite. With just 3 basic ingredients, you can make these refreshing frozen treats in no time at all!

Ingredients

  • 250 ml water (drinking water)
  • 100 g sugar
  • 3 tablespoon lime juice (approximately 3 limes)

Instructions

  • Prepare popsicle mold.
  • Measure water into a small pot.
  • Add sugar and turn on the heat to low.
  • Stir until the sugar is dissolved, keep the heat low.
  • Once the sugar is all dissolved, turn off the heat and let the sugar solution cool down completely.
  • Cut the limes into half and squeeze the juice out.
  • Strain the juice and add it into the sugar syrup solution. Mix well.
  • Pour the solution into the prepared molds. Cover and insert the popsicle sticks.
  • Freeze for approximately 5 to 8 hours until the popsicles are completely frozen.
  • To unmold, dip the mold into a dish filled with water. Let it rest in the water for about 1 minute before removing the popsicles and serving them.
