Lime Popsicles
These lime popsicles are my favorite. With just 3 basic ingredients, you can make these refreshing frozen treats in no time at all!

- 250 ml water (drinking water)
- 100 g sugar
- 3 tablespoon lime juice (approximately 3 limes)
Prepare popsicle mold.
Measure water into a small pot.
Add sugar and turn on the heat to low.
Stir until the sugar is dissolved, keep the heat low.
Once the sugar is all dissolved, turn off the heat and let the sugar solution cool down completely.
Cut the limes into half and squeeze the juice out.
Strain the juice and add it into the sugar syrup solution. Mix well.
Pour the solution into the prepared molds. Cover and insert the popsicle sticks.
Freeze for approximately 5 to 8 hours until the popsicles are completely frozen.
To unmold, dip the mold into a dish filled with water. Let it rest in the water for about 1 minute before removing the popsicles and serving them.
