Ingredients

  • 225 ml orange juice (approximately 3 oranges)
  • 60 ml water (drinking water)
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  • Prepare popsicle mold.
  • Measure water into a small pot.
  • Add sugar and turn on the heat to low.
  • Stir until the sugar is dissolved, keeping the heat low.
  • Once the sugar is all dissolved, turn off the heat and let the sugar solution cool down completely.
  • Cut the oranges into half and squeeze the juice out. Do the same for the lemon juice.
  • Strain the orange juice and add it to the sugar syrup solution.
  • Strain and add the lemon juice. Mix well.
  • Pour the solution into the prepared molds. Cover and insert the popsicle sticks.
  • Freeze for approximately 5 to 8 hours until the popsicles are completely frozen.
  • To unmold, dip the mold into a dish filled with water. Let it rest in the water for about 1 minute before removing the popsicles and serving them.
