Orange Popsicles
Refreshing orange popsicles made with fresh orange juice. These are super easy to make and make perfect treats on a hot summer day!

- 225 ml orange juice (approximately 3 oranges)
- 60 ml water (drinking water)
- 50 g sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Prepare popsicle mold.
Measure water into a small pot.
Add sugar and turn on the heat to low.
Stir until the sugar is dissolved, keeping the heat low.
Once the sugar is all dissolved, turn off the heat and let the sugar solution cool down completely.
Cut the oranges into half and squeeze the juice out. Do the same for the lemon juice.
Strain the orange juice and add it to the sugar syrup solution.
Strain and add the lemon juice. Mix well.
Pour the solution into the prepared molds. Cover and insert the popsicle sticks.
Freeze for approximately 5 to 8 hours until the popsicles are completely frozen.
To unmold, dip the mold into a dish filled with water. Let it rest in the water for about 1 minute before removing the popsicles and serving them.
