For Warm Milk

  • 500 ml drinking water
  • 5 tablespoon milk powder

Instructions

For Warm Milk

For Cold (Iced) Milk

  • Start by measuring half of the water indicated in the recipe into a pot.
  • Heat up the water until it starts steaming (but need not boil).
  • Turn off the heat and add the milk powder. Mix thoroughly.
  • Strain the milk to remove any undissolved milk powder clumps.
  • Add the iced water to the milk and mix well.
  • To serve immediately, add some ice cubes to the milk and serve.
  • If not serving immediately, place the milk into the refrigerator to chill completely.

Notes

  • To make individual serving size of 250ml milk, scale the recipe above by half.
  • The ratio of water to milk powder when making the milk is 1 tablespoon of milk powder to 100 ml of water.
